Cricket
14 11 2009Last week on the Saturday I went to cricket.
When my dad and I got there we took the gear bag out of the car and went into the oval that our school team was playing at.
Next we took the gear out of the bag and put it on the ground ready for the other team members to be padded up.
Our openers were Kyle and Chris.
Chris, Jeremy and Callum all got out on the first ball because there was a really quick bowler.
I went in next and I got 29 then I retired.
Later I came back in again and got 7 more runs in one over.
We scored 119 runs off 20 overs
Kyle: 3 runs
Chris: 0 runs
Callum: 0 runs
Jeremy: 0 runs
Jacob ( me ) 36 runs
Jesse: 6 runs
Ryan: 4 runs
Damian: 28 runs
Orlando: 8 runs
There were 4 byes, 27 wides and 3 no balls
Next we bowled. I was wicket keeping for 10 overs and then I would swap with Ryan.
Chris: 0 wickets
Callum:2 wickets
Ryan: 0 wickets
Jesse: 0 wickets
Damian: 0 wickets
Jeremy: 0 wickets
Jacob: 0 wickets
Kyle: 3 wickets
Orlando: 0 wickets
The other team scored 106 runs
6 byes, 10 wides and 4 no balls
We won 119 runs to 106runs
